End-of-Year Device and Textbook Collections
High School
As we enter the final month of the 2020-21 school year, it is time to plan for our Inspire 1:1 technology, textbook, and library collection. It is important that we collect each and every item as scheduled, allowing us time to address any needs or repairs in preparation for the next school year. We are committed to continuing to offer your child this opportunity to explore and learn in this 21st century environment. Thank you for your support.
The following will need to be returned:
Chromebook (grades 9-11) or Macbook (grade 12)
Device charger
Internet hotspot and charger (if one was checked out)
Textbooks and library books
Monday, May 24th-Tuesday, May 25th - Seniors will turn in technology and curriculum material when coming for their graduation cap and gown.
Thursday, May 27th - Grades 9-11 will turn in technology and curricular material during the school day. All materials must be returned by the end of the school day. If your student is planning to participate in Summer Programming, they will still turn in their device. A computer will be checked out to them the first week of Summer Programming.
DLA and Concurrent students are asked to bring their devices, chargers and curricular material to their home school on Thursday, May 27th between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. A Drive Up/Drop Off service will be available at their home school.
Thank you again for your support with this important collection process, allowing us to continue to provide such opportunities for your student into the future.

Elementary
As we enter the final month of the 2020-21 school year, we want to share with you the schedule we’ll be following for technology device collection. We recognize this is new for both families and our elementary school staff and appreciate your support. It is important that we collect each and every device as scheduled, allowing us time to address any needs or repairs in preparation for the next school year. Thank you again for your help with this process.
The following will need to be returned:
iPad (grades K-3) or Chromebook (grades 4-5)
Device charger
Internet hotspot and charger (if one was checked out)
Textbooks and library books
Monday, May 17th - Your child’s device and charger will stay at school in their classroom. The device will no longer be returning home each day. Additionally, please have them return their hotspot device if one was checked out.
Monday, May 24-Thursday, May 27th - Students will be checking their devices back into the Media Center during their school day. This will look very similar to how they return library books - a process they are very familiar with.
