Volunteers Needed for McKinley-ALC Career Academy Program
15 e-Mentor community volunteers are needed to share information with McKinley-ALC students about their careers. Volunteers will be asked to communicate with students via email once a week for a month. Volunteers will also be expected to meet their mentee at McKinley on Monday, Feb. 8 from 2:30 - 3 p.m. as well as on Thursday, March 3 from 4:15 - 5 p.m. (after which they can choose to stay and attend the Program Graduation Dinner in which Families will also be invited).
This new program is a joint partnership between Stearns County Human Services and District 742. Its purpose is to provide additional career planning and career exploration opportunities for ALC Students.
