• Hello! I am Jennifer Fernelius. I am a fourth grade classroom teacher at Discovery Community School. I have also taught third and fifth grade in ISD 742.

     

    I earned my bachelors degree in Elementary Education from St.Cloud State University. I am currently working towards earning my masters degree from Southwest Minnesota State University.

     

    My favorite thing about teaching is creating a classroom community where everyone feels welcome.

     

    When I'm not at school, my husband and I enjoy taking our dogs Beau and Maisie for walks, spending time outdoors, and fixing up our old (but new to us) house!
