MN Hands & Voices is a private not-for-profit program at Lifetrack.  Funding is provided through the Minnesota State Legislature, grants and the financial investment of our community members and local businesses. Our mission is to provide a variety of support services to families of children who have been recently identified as deaf or hard of hearing, as well as families further along in their journey.

Zero to Three offers a variety of resources for parents and caregivers of young children in areas such as: Ages and Stages, Social-Emotional Development, School Readiness and Early Learning, Play, Challenging Behavior, Sleep, and Positive Parenting Approaches.  These resources are designed to help parents tune in to what makes their child "tick" and guide parents thinking about the best ways to meet their child's needs.
