BriAnne Hern is honored to be serving the Lincoln family and its amazing students. "I love our neighborhood school and am humbled by the passionate dedication of our staff," says Hern. She was formally the Assistant Principal at Madison Elementary from 2012-2016, Math Teacher at South from 2000-2012 and Head Coach for Tech Track and Field for eight years in District 742.
Mrs. Hern's degrees are from the College of St. Benedict in elementary education, a Master's degree and Principal License from St. Mary's University. Her philosophies are to focus on strengths to help all learners (children and staff) continue to grow, embrace multiculturalism, that education is the most powerful tool to change the world and to lead with the heart. She asks the question "What would I want for my own children?"
Some fun facts about Mrs. Hern. She was a collegiate track and field and weightlifting athlete. She lives in the District with husband and four children, likes to read, enjoys traveling- specifically to her husband's family ranch in Alberta, Canada, and loves playing sports, cooking, and having dance parties with her children.
