Charlie Eisenreich, Principal

  • Charlie Eisenreich Charlie Eisenreich begins his 29th year in education and is beginning his second year as Principal of Tech High School. A lifelong resident of St. Cloud, Mr. Eisenreich is a former Academic All-American and Professional Baseball Player. He was a classroom teacher and coach for 10 years, and has a strong desire to provide Tech students with opportunities for success both in and out of the classroom. Mr. Eisenreich has been a lead trainer for nine years for Minnesota's Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiative. He understands the value of promoting student behavioral expectations school-wide and the positive impact it has on student achievement.

    Mr. Eisenreich is passionate in following the academic and athletic endeavors of his two children and enjoys peaceful summer days and nights at the family's lake home.


Alicia Fischer, Assistant Principal

  • Alicia Fischer Alicia Fischer returns to District 742 serving as Assistant Principal at Tech High School. Prior to her role in St. Cloud, Ms. Fischer was a Teacher and Instructional Coach in the Osseo Area Schools for fourteen years. Ms. Fischer is passionate about student and staff success and believes that effective leaders develop trusting relationships to create a culture for learning. She appreciates the strong tradition at Technical High School and the diversity that is represented on the campus each day. Ms. Fischer's career portfolio reflects skill in strategic leadership, instruction and learning leadership, communication and educational equity. It is at the intersection of this work that Ms. Fischer demonstrates her ability to successfully bridge research into practice and facilitate collaboration to produce positive outcomes to support the dreams of young people. 


Steven Flucas, Assistant Principal

  • Steven Flucas Welcome to the 2016-17 school year at Technical High School. Steven Flucas is extremely proud to have been named as a new member of the Technical High School administrative team. 

    He is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, but was raised in a military family, which means he has lived in many states and a few foreign countries growing up. Flucas graduated from high school in 1984 near Scott Air Force Base, Illinois and then went on to compete on the wrestling team at Southern Illinois University, in Edwardsville. In 1991, he graduated from S.I.U. with a bachelor's degree in Geography with a minor in Education. After completing an incredibly exciting and successful international career in both Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling, his college team at Southern Illinois University was named to the Illinois Wrestling Hall of Fame.

    Flucas married his lovely wife Heike Flucas, in 1995. They are the parents of three beautiful children: Gabreille, Sophie, and Alexander Flucas. In 2000, he completed his master’s degree in Social Work with honors and was named as an outstanding graduate from the University of Illinois-School of Social Work in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.

    His career in public education started in 1997 as a substitute teacher in Normal, Illinois. However, he completed his master's degree, he went on to become a School Social Work Intern at Washburn High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was hired by the Minneapolis Public Schools after graduation as a School Social Worker and was assigned to multiple Federal Setting IV EBD sites.

    In 2006, he left the Minneapolis Public Schools to pursue his clinical social work license and a principal’s license at the University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis. For the last nine years, he served as an Assistant Principal and Principal in both elementary and middle level schools in the twin cities metro area.

    In conclusion, he’d like to say that he is extremely excited to be a member of the administrative team at St. Cloud Technical High School. He is also looking forward to his first year as a “Tech Tiger!”


Steven Wagner, Assistant Principal

    Steve Wagner begins his second year as Assistant Principal at Tech High School and 18th year in District 742. He has held numerous roles in the district including Special Education EBD Teacher, Alternative Teacher, PBIS Coach, Academic and Behavioral Interventionist, Physical Education Teacher, Football Coach and Basketball Coach. Mr. Wagner is also a trainer for the North Region Implementation Project of Minnesota’s Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiative. 

    Mr. Wagner is excited about building strong relationships with Tech students, parents and the entire Tech learning community. He embraces Tech’s diversity and focuses his work on ensuring every student has the opportunity to reach their greatest learning potential. 

    Steve is a loving husband and father to two teenage boys.
